Suzanne Fuqua is one of the original pioneers of eXp Realty - a Founding Broker who helped open the company’s first doors in 2009. With more than three decades of experience, Suzanne has coached, mentored, and built organizations of over 1,500 agents across the United States, Canada, India, Dubai, and Mexico.

Her story is one of resilience, leadership, and innovation - from earning recognition as one of the Top 20 Realtors in Dallas–Fort Worth to shaping one of the most powerful global brokerages in the world today. Suzanne’s mission is simple: to inspire, educate, and empower agents to think bigger, work smarter, and achieve financial freedom through ownership.

A Trailblazer in Real Estate

Before real estate, Suzanne was an educator - teaching mathematics and art after graduating from Baylor University with honors. That background shaped her approach to leadership: patient, structured, and deeply focused on growth.

In 1990, she pivoted into real estate and quickly became one of the most recognized names in Texas and New Mexico, founding her own boutique brokerage, Town & Ranch, before selling it to a national affiliate. Her success story is not just about numbers - it’s about people, principles, and the belief that education and mentorship create lasting success.

A Founding Force at eXp Realty

When eXp Realty was in its infancy, Suzanne Fuqua was at the core of its foundation. She worked directly with founder Glenn Sanford to launch eXp’s first states, establish compliance and growth systems, and onboard the company’s earliest agents.

She was instrumental in implementing the “All-in-One” Real Estate CRM - now known as kvCORE - one of the four technology pillars that power eXp today. Her vision of a collaborative, cloud-based brokerage became a reality that now serves tens of thousands of agents worldwide. Suzanne’s influence helped define the systems and culture that make eXp Realty a global industry leader.

Leadership Rooted in Mentorship

Through the Modern Movement eXp organization, Suzanne continues to mentor and attract agents who share her values of excellence, accountability, and service. Her leadership style blends high-level business strategy with personal development - helping agents grow both professionally and financially. She remains a hands-on leader, hosting mentorship calls, growth sessions, and attraction events that empower her network to think like business owners.
